This weekend, October 22-23, the Feldman Ecopark and the International Charitable Foundation \u201cOleksandr Feldman Foundation\u201d are going to carry on the campaign called \u201cCry.\u201d It is aimed at the propaganda of humane attitude towards all representatives of fauna around us.<\/p>\n
The organizers of the event want to draw the public attention to the problems of protection of domestic, abandoned and wild representatives of the animal world.<\/p>\n
The head of the All-Ukrainian Service for Wild, Exotic and Domestic Animals Rescue \u201cFeldman Ecopark Good Home\u201d Iryna Podvoiska said that the idea of the Cry campaign was inspired by the work of the rescue service. \u201cDuring three years, the Feldman Ecopark Good Home rescued thousands of animals, many of which got into trouble through human\u2019s fault. We cure them, nurse them, and then release them to the nature or find new caring owners for them. Our specialists are ready to come to the rescue not only in Kharkiv oblast, but also in any place in Ukraine. However, the problem of provision of assistance to animals remains urgent, and it is possible to solve it only by joining the efforts of animal protection organizations and activists. It is necessary to raise the level of public awareness of animal rights, to foster the culture of care of and tolerant attitude to them from the childhood. For this purpose we decided to carry on the Cry campaign, and we hope that it will find a widespread response of the residents of Kharkiv,\u201d Iryna Podvoiska told.<\/p>\n
It should be reminded that the animal protection car run would take place in Kharkiv on Saturday. Old cars branded with the images of animals and decorated with the banners of the organizers of the Cry campaign will drive through the city streets. They will start and finish in the Feldman Ecopark, where the Festival of Friends is already prepared for all visitors.<\/p>\n
Everyone will be able to find a true four-legged friend thanks to the Feldman Ecopark Good Home Rescue Service and the volunteers. They will be glad to give the animals to a good home during the super-fair, which will take place on the central path of the Ecopark. Young artists will be able to decorate the open-air gallery with their animalistic drawings painted from life. The exhibition of sand pictures will take place within the frameworks of the event.<\/p>\n
Everyone will be able to demonstrate their knowledge about the Feldman Ecopark\u2019s animals by participating in the photo-quest \u201cThe Endangered Animal Species.\u201d<\/p>\n
The Theatre of Children and Animal, the Horse Complex and the Kennel Club will show their thematic performances for the audience. The Mind Boom Show! will carry out a video quiz called \u201cOur Four-Legged Friends\u201d for the smallest ones. An interesting game programme \u201cOur Planetmates\u201d will also be held for children and adults. Moreover, the children\u2019s teams will make a theatrical performance \u201cThe Little Prince\u201d and the puppet show \u201cThe Elephant on the Tree\u201d on the main square of the Ecopark.<\/p>\n
The visitors of the Feldman Ecopark will traditionally be able to ride horses, ponies and donkeys, to attend various master classes in the Master City, to learn stilts walking and to work with circus accessories on the Eco-Arena.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
