The international conference on the problems of rehabilitation of the ATO victims takes place in Kharkiv. The main event of the first day was the presentation of the book \u201cEcotherapy\u201d by the team of Kharkiv specialists in the area of medicine and psychology. This scientific research generalizes foreign experience and provides theoretical rethinking of practical knowledge acquired by the country\u2019s scientists since the establishment of the Feldman Ecopark Centre of Psychosocial Rehabilitation.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe have summed up the experience of psychocorrective lessons for children and teenagers. We\u2019ve got enough material for the analysis to generalize it and to declare about the new approach. It is a method, which synthesizes the previous concepts. This book is about this new method,\u201d the science editor of the book \u201cEcotherapy,\u201d the head of the Feldman Ecopark Centre of Psychosocial Rehabilitation, Doctor of Medical Science, Honoured master of sciences and engineering, professor Borys Mykhailov told during the presentation. \u201cThe methods of using certain components of nature factors for medical and rehabilitation purposes exist in the global practice for a long time. However, the fundamentally new concept was created in our country, in Kharkiv. It is a complex of therapeutic, restorative and developmental measures based on a person\u2019s immersion in the natural habitat.\u201d<\/p>\n
It should be reminded that the International Conference \u201cPsychosocial Rehabilitation of the Victims and IDPs from the ATO zone in the Feldman Ecopark Centre of Psychosocial Rehabilitation of Children and Adolescents\u201d takes place in Kharkiv on October 12-13. The organizers of the conference are the International Charitable Foundation \u201cOleksandr Feldman Foundation,\u201d the National League of Psychotherapy, Psychosomatics and Medical Psychology of Ukraine, and the Kharkiv Medical Academy of Post-graduate Education under the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
