At the international conference on rehabilitation of children and teenagers from the anti-terrorist operation zone which will take place in Kharkiv on October 12-13 the book “Eco-therapy” will be presented. It is written by the group of the Kharkiv scientists-physicians under edition of the doctor of medical sciences, professor, the honored worker of science and engineering of Ukraine Boris Mikhaylov. This scientific work generalizes knowledge and experience resulting three year work of the Center of Psychosocial Rehabilitation Feldman Ecopark is devoted to the main questions of forming of mentality in growing-up years, to its frustration during this period and to the methods of psychotherapeutic intervention. The emphasis in a research is placed on a combination of methods of various directions of psychological correction to the eco-therapy to which phenomenon the main attention is paid.<\/p>\n
“The eco-therapy is essentially new concept of medicine. It gives preference not to medicamentous and other traditional methods, but to the complex use of natural factors and the cultural environment, the creativity for the therapeutic climate formation beneficially affecting on the patient. These or those forms of psycho rehabilitation actions: the animal-therapy, the landscape-therapy, the garden-therapy, the art- therapy and others – are used in the different countries for a long time. We managed to unite these directions in one synthetic method and to achieve certain results, – the head of the Center of Psychosocial Rehabilitation Feldman Ecopark, the doctor of medical sciences, professor, the honored worker of science and engineering of Ukraine Boris Mikhaylov told.<\/p>\n
The Ukrainian MP, the founder of the International Charitable Foundation Oleksandr Feldman took part in work on the book. According to him, the most essential thing in modern Ukraine is providing complex psychosocial help to children and adult victims of the anti-terrorist operation zone. This task can be dealt only with combined efforts, imparting experience and knowledge.<\/p>\n
“Difficult times we endure now set us thinking of life values – spiritual and mental health comes to the forefront. The pain-burned hearts need proper treatment and the professional help of specialists. It is complex, hard, multilateral and important work and it unites all who aren’t indifferent to others pain not in words, but in deeds “, – Oleksandr Feldman emphasized in the introductory speech to the book “Eco-therapy”.<\/p>\n
Let’s remind that the international conference \u201cPsychosocial Rehabilitation of Victims Taken Out from the Anti-terrorist Operation Zone on the basis of the Center of Psychosocial Rehabilitation of Children and Teenagers Feldman Ecopark\u201d will take place in Kharkiv on October 12-13.
