The final conference of young naturalists was held in the Feldman Ecopark on Sunday. The young biologists presented their scientific reports about their research activities of the previous year, and demonstrated the acquired theoretical knowledge.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe are very glad with the fact that the level of the scientific works of children from the Club of Young Naturalists improves year by year,\u201d the head of the Club of Young Naturalists of the Feldman Ecopark Svitlana Pavlenko notes. \u201cThese are not just some papers, these are the real independent researches. They are based on the laboratory and field observations of animals and plants in the Ecopark, as well as during the expeditions and excursion trips. Our young naturalists visit the Krasnokutsk arboretum, Gomilshansky lissy, the caves of Lyptsi and other objects on a regular basis. This conference is a training for many of them before the forthcoming regional and national conferences of young naturalists.\u201d<\/p>\n
Natalia Averina is among the participants who present their scientific reports for the first time. The girl suffers from a rare disease, and she is a child with special needs. It is the second year of her rehabilitation in the Feldman Ecopark\u2019s Club of Young Naturalists.<\/p>\n
\u201cNatalia goes to the childcare institution No. 7 together with the other children with special needs. She comes to the Ecopark every weekend, and several times a week during the holidays. She spends time with common children here, she is engaged in common activities, she communicates with animals and takes part in all events. Of course, our educators and psychologists pay additional attention to her. But the main thing is that the girl is busy with her favourite work in the team, where she has a lot of friends,\u201d Svitlana Pavlenko tells. \u201cThe report \u201cThe primroses of our region\u201d she presents today was prepared only by herself. She presented it before the audience, and it is an important victory for us. It means that the rehabilitation in the Club of Young Naturalists of the Feldman Ecopark begins to bear fruit.\u201d<\/p>\n
It should be noted that the Club of Young Naturalists of the Feldman Ecopark is one of the largest unions of young naturalists in Ukraine. It was opened in 2012, and now it consists of over 500 children. The work of young biologists is based on the theoretical and practical lessons, the observance of nature and the direct communication with animals. The lessons in the Feldman Ecopark are aimed at the development of the children\u2019s love and careful attitude to the nature, the grounding in independent research work, the expansion and intensification of knowledge in biology and natural science, the development of skills in animal care.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
