On Saturday, September 24, teachers and students of Institute of Confucius of V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University prepared for visitors of the Ecopark the educational and entertainment program devoted to the Chinese culture, traditions and language, dated for the World day of institutes of Confucius.<\/p>\n
On the stage arranged in traditional Chinese style there took place a concert which participants dressed in national suits performed national songs and dances. Those were lucky enough to get on a traditional Chinese tea ceremony learned sacraments of the Chinese tea drinking and etiquette.<\/p>\n
Also Confucius’s Institute prepared the master classes devoted to art of calligraphy and painting, such traditional applied crafts as cutting patterns from red paper and knitting of small knots, and also fitness training tai chi.<\/p>\n
On Sunday, September 25, in the Club of Young Naturalists Feldman Ecopark the conference devoted to the All-Ukrainian day of young naturalists took place. The action brought together participants from the different parts of Ukraine: Kherson, Donetsk, Rivne, etc. During the conference the young naturalists who won the tender grant “Project of a School Corner of Wildlife” were handed letters and prize-winning certificates, and also animals for replenishment of nature corners were given to them. The conferees of young naturalists got acquainted with a zoological collection Feldman Ecopark, watched the performance of the Theater of Children and Animals and visited the presentation of the new show program on the Horse Complex.<\/p>\n
The new show program of the Horse Complex differs in the fact that in it, together with trainers, a large number of youth \u2014 pupils of a complex are involved. At the same time many numbers are much more difficult and more spectacular than in the past. “Today’s performance is a debut for many animals; they act on the stage for the first time. It is very important for us that many young pupils of the Horse Complex take part in the program together with the experienced mentors.
