Members of the Horse Complex Feldman Ecopark participated in the Festival of equestrian trick art \u201cCentaurs\u201d, which was held on April 20-21 in the Kyivan Rus’ Park. This large-scale show brought together both best horse stuntmen of Ukraine who often represent our country at foreign competitions and guests from other countries. Numerous audience came to see backward astride riding, upside-down and two-horse riding, horse pyramid and other dizzy tricks performed by our riders. A performance of the team of Feldman Ecopark\u2019s Horse Complex (this year it comprised 13 young horse riders) gained interest of the audience. According to Vladyslav Smalenii, the head of the head of the sports and recreational direction of the Children\u2019s Ecology and Nature Study Academy of Feldman Ecopark, it was a successful debut.<\/p>\n
“More than 50 sportsmen participated in trick riding competitions (military trick types.) They competed in implementation of difficult tricks demanding arranged work of a horse and the rider: arabesques, breaks, pistoles, crosses, different racks. Our horsemen acted in different nominations and were quite successful. Our military trick rider Yevhen Tuzov even won a honourable first place in the senior juniors category \u2014 Vladyslav Smalenii told. \u2013 I would like to thank our friends from the Poltava equestrian trick theatre “Four Horseshoes” for beautiful horses they gave to our command for participation, and in general for active assistance and support at the festival.”<\/p>\n
It should be reminded that the members of the Feldman Ecopark\u2019s Horse Complex successfully debuted at the Festival of equestrian trick art \u201cCentaurs\u201d last fall. Besides, performances of Anastasiya Zhezheri and Daria Maksymenko drew attention of the audience and the jury and were highly estimated.<\/p>\n
It should be reminded that the Horse Complex is one of the main structural units in the Children\u2019s Ecology and Nature Study Academy of Feldman Ecopark. It includes the group of classic equestrian sports, centre for non-Olympic equestrian sports, horse theatre and pony club. It should be also reminded that the Children\u2019s Ecology and Nature Study Academy of Feldman Ecopark is one of Ukraine\u2019s largest non-governmental out-of-school education institutions: the number of its members has already exceeded 1,000 children. In summer, when the Children\u2019s Health and Education Camp is open in the Social and Humanitarian Multi-Complex, more than 10,000 children are attending the Academy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
