The team of Feldman Ecopark Ski and Biathlon Club became winners in the overall standing at All-Ukrainian competitions among young people devoted to memory of Honored Worker of Physical Culture and Sports of Ukraine Gennadii Khokhlov. Competitions took place on February 23-24 on the basis of sport club \u201cTemp\u201d and brought together participants from five regions of the country.<\/p>\n
“These are competitions of serious level. They are held with use of pneumatic weapon and give children a chance to demonstrate fully their potential. We are happy with the results: Arsenii Casymyr won first place among boys in the age group of 2008 and younger, while Oleksii Martakov and Oleksii Shyp won gold and silver medals in the age group of 2006-2007 \u2014 the head of the Feldman Ecopark Ski Club Svitlana Ilinskykh told. \u2014 Tetiana Tesla got bronze among girls in the age group of 2008 and younger. Certainly, we are proud of our team classification \u2013 we bypassed Kiev residents on four points. Thanks to all boys and girls for this victory!”<\/p>\n
It should be reminded that the Feldman Ecopark Ski and Biathlon Club was opened in October 2016. It is one of the most popular sports direction within the 1,000 Teams Tournament project. About 50 children aged from 7 up to 14 years train in the Club free of charge all year round. Since 2017, the special programme for children with special needs, including vision-impaired children and children with musculoskeletal disorders is being implemented here. Lessons take place 3 times a week in the territory of the Social and Humanitarian Multi-Complex Feldman Ecopark. The members of the Club regularly participate in sport competitions of different level and steadily show good results.
