The first biathlon air-gun shooting championship of the Kharkiv oblast took place on the basis of the Ski Complex Temp on February 2 and brought to the Feldman Ecopark Ski and Biathlon Club new prestigious awards and the first place in a team competition.<\/p>\n
According to the head of the Feldman Ecopark Ski and Biathlon Club Svitlana Ilinskikh, Oleksii Matrakov was the second in a race among boys born in 2006-2007 at a distance of three circles (1300 m) with two firing positions, Oleksii Shyp was the third. Arsenii Casymyr became a winner in a race among athletes born in 2008 at a distance of three circles (1 km) with two firing positions.<\/p>\n
“Our girls of younger category born in 2008 had the most successful performance. The members of Feldman Ecopark Ski and Biathlon Club won all top places. Solomiia Shulga became the owner of a gold medal, Katia Skorobogatova got silver, while Tatiana Teslya won the bronze one. In general, our athletes showed good result at elimination competitions before All-Ukrainian superiority, planned for February 22 in Kharkiv” \u2014 Svitlana Ilinskikh says.<\/p>\n
According to the results of the championship, team of Feldman Ecopark Ski and Biathlon Club won first place, having outstripping other collectives from Kharkiv and five districts of the region.<\/p>\n
It should be reminded that the Feldman Ecopark Ski and Biathlon Club was opened in October 2016. It is one of the most popular sports direction within the 1,000 Teams Tournament project. About 50 children aged from 7 up to 14 years train in the Club free of charge all year round. Since 2017, the special programme for children with special needs, including vision-impaired children and children with musculoskeletal disorders is being implemented here. Lessons take place 3 times a week in the territory of the Social and Humanitarian Multi-Complex Feldman Ecopark. The members of the Club regularly participate in sport competitions of different level and steadily show good results.
