Animal Rights Day to be Celebrated in Feldman Ecopark

Animal Rights Day will be celebrated in Feldman Ecopark on Sunday, October 9. “When people acquire a pet or encounter animals and birds in different situations, they do not always understand that animals are also the residents of the planet Earth just as we are, and that they have the same right to life, and the same right to respect. And we would like to remind about this,” the organizers tell.

This day, the visitors to the Social and Humanitarian Multi-Complex will be welcomed by Aunt Owl and her friend Yehora the Raccoon. All the visitors to Ecopark – both the adults and kids – will be able to take a small test “Right to a Friend,” during which it will be possible to find out whether a kid is ready to take care of a pet he or she asks to acquire, and whether the adults are ready to take responsibility for an animal. The game program “Right to a Friend!” starts at noon.

Starting from 10 a.m., Play&Learn location with developing didactic games for preschool children (busy board, lacing games, labyrinth, etc.) will be opened. While Polka-DANCE will whirl everyone in the cheerful round dance at 11 a.m. and 1.30 p.m. The Theatre of Children and Animals will have a Little Alpaca Holiday this day (starting at 11.30 a.m.), while on Saturday, December 8, open training lessons will start at the same time. In addition, traditionally on this day, the visitors to the Multi-Complex will be able to attend various games, dances and competitions.
